The
new Woo Daves Tube Weight
Ron Manrose is a lure designer at Bass Pro
Shops. He came up with one of the most exciting ideas
in fishing in the last few years which has set tube
fishing on fire.
Probably
the biggest problem with tubes is keeping the hook in,
Ron came up with an idea to grind tungsten and incorporate
it into rubber inserts. He named it the Woo Tube weight
and believe me it works like a charm. You insert the
weight into the tube and run your hook right through
the tube and weight, which keeps your hook in place.
Also with the weight being 1½ inches long it distributes
the weight through the tube making it fall in a very
life like vertical position instead of nose diving.
